I haven’t had a bunch of different macarons, but i have purchased from FWS stores and these are much better. The texture has that firm shell, but the inner part of the cookie are chewy. The flavors are delicate, but destinctive… I’ve had others that just taste like a sugar cookie with sugar filling. I hope they get them more frequently, I’ll have to get another drop freezer to stock up.
